HikmaDaily · 30-day self-audit workbook
Find the one habit that’s costing you most.
A printable workbook that looks at five areas of your life you control: Money, Mouth, Manners, Mood and Mind. You find the weakest one, then work on it with one small action a day for 30 days.
Instant PDF download. Full-colour and print-friendly editions.

You already know what to do. So why don’t you?
It’s the 20th of the month and the salary is gone. You open the bank app twice, as if the number might change.
Someone at home says something small over dinner. You answer more sharply than you meant to, and the house is quiet for three days.
A two-line message from your manager arrives at nine in the morning. By evening you’ve replayed it all day and been short with your children.
In each moment, you knew better. Knowing was never the problem. The trouble is the gap between what you know and what you do on an ordinary Tuesday when you’re tired.
Why one area, not five
Most resolutions end by the second week because they try to change everything at once. This workbook does the opposite. You score yourself across five areas, find the one that is costing you most, and leave the other four alone for now.
The areas pull on each other. When money runs out, it becomes a worry. The worry turns into a short temper, the temper into a sharp reply, and the sharp reply into a sleepless night. Fix the weakest link, and the others often ease with it.
The deeds most beloved to Allah, the Most High, are those done consistently, even if they are small.
The Prophet ﷺ, Bukhari 6465, Muslim 783
The whole workbook is built on that hadith: one area, one small action a day.
How the 30 days work
- Take the self-audit. Twenty statements, about ten minutes. Your lowest score is your focus.
- Read the chapters. One for each M, then go back to yours.
- Choose one small daily action, small enough to do on your worst day, and tie it to something you already do, like a prayer or a meal.
- Tick it off each day. About five minutes.
- Review once a week. Ten minutes, four questions, to spot what gets in the way.
- On day 30, take the audit again and compare.

Who it’s for
It’s for you if you already know what you should be doing and want a simple structure to actually do it, in one area at a time. It’s written from an Islamic perspective, with the Qur’an and hadith throughout.
It’s not for you if you’re looking for a quick transformation. Thirty days of one small action won’t clear a debt or mend a relationship on their own. What they can do is show you that a habit you thought was part of you can change. If you’re facing serious debt, or low mood that has lasted for weeks, please also speak to a qualified professional.

Questions
Is this a printed book?
No. It’s a PDF you download straight after paying. Print it at home, or fill it in on a tablet.
My printer uses US Letter paper. Will it print?
Yes. Choose “Fit to page” in your print settings.
Do I have to print it?
No. You can copy the pages into a notebook. Paper does work better than a phone for this, because there are no notifications.
How long does it take each day?
About five minutes, plus ten minutes once a week for the review.
What if I miss a day?
Everyone does. The workbook has one rule: don’t miss two in a row. If you do, there’s a page to help you restart without starting over.
Is it only for Muslims?
It’s written for Muslims, and the guidance comes from the Qur’an and the Sunnah. The practices themselves, like pausing before you reply or reviewing your spending, work for anyone.
Are the hadith authentic?
Every hadith quoted is from Sahih al-Bukhari or Sahih Muslim, and the numbers are listed in the references so you can check them.
Can I use it again?
Yes. The printable pages at the back let you run another 30 days on the same area or a new one.
Thirty days won’t fix everything. They’re meant to show you that you can change one habit. Once you’ve done it with one M, you know you can do it with the next.
